Thanks for bringing the concept of requirements. I am familiar with it; I used it in my college years studying industrial design. In the graphic design education, requirements are not common in the design process in part because visual products demanded simpler technical process or errors were less expensive. This also explains the difficulties that graphic designers have in the digital medium, (ergonomic, technical...) requirements is a tool that may help to cope with new challenges. And they help in traditional media too.
