In April of this year it was announced that two sets of bones, each forming a complete human skeleton, that had been found in 2008 in the crypt of the cathedral of Reggio Emilia were in all probability the putative relics of Chrysanthus and Daria, whose remains are said to have been translated to Reggio Emilia from Rome in the mid-tenth century.
