Many thanks to all those who answered my duck and goose query. I am
currently editing a report written by someone else, some time ago ( I do not
have the bones myself) where they had identified domestic goose and duck
from only a couple of bones and as far as I can tell based on morphology
alone and not metrics. I had felt that this was a little optimistic and so
will follow all of your advice and stick with a more broad identification.
Thanks again,
Julia
