Dear SPM experts and Dr. Cyril Pernet,
Previously I ask the result interpretation in SPM web site and thanks your response. Actually I am not really understand how to select the significant data for presentation. I have several questions and hope you can clarify for me. For example, in the attach file,
1. The set level p is 0.561, does it means all these results are NON significant ? or only part of the clusters are significant ?
2. If I accept only part of the cluster are significant, say I select cluster level pFWE-corr < 0.05, it only 2 clusters is significant, right ?
3. If these 2 clusters are significant, the voxel level is non-significant in these 2 clusters. Does it means I only can say: in these study, only two clusters is significant in 2 groups comparison. But I can not clearly say which exactly location in voxel is significant because in voxel level there is no significant. Right ? (a little strange ?)
4. Actually these two cluster is quite large, so the distribution is huge. Is it correct ?
Thanks your time to help me.
Best
