yes, i'm sure that it *should* be "Siviardi" that *should* have been written
here:

but, to my palaeographically much-challenged eye (which is completely
unencumbered by any formal training at all), it seems to me that the scribe
has definitely written "Suuardi" --i.e., those horizontals at the bottom of
the letters cannot be read as ligatures between "i"s (on either side of a
"u").
i'm suggesting that your own, initial, transcription is a correct one --of
what is a scribal error.
am i wrong (surely impossible)?
the guy needs to learn how to dot his "i"s --i note that he did not do so in
"Felicitatis" a few lines below.
