Please note that the lecture-turned-article, Miller, Derek B., and Lisa Rudnick "Trying it on for Size: Design and International Public Policy?" (later printed in Design Issues, Spring 2011. MIT Press), is now available in its original lecture form (free) on Academia.edu (http://Academia.edu).
For those needing to produce peer-reviewed material, please refer to the Design Issues piece itself. For those interested in reading the piece before final submission (and copyright limitations), you are welcome to download it there.
This piece will of interest to those exploring whether, or how, design practices (and to a lesser extent, "design thinking") may align with the processes and needs of international public policy. As some may know, this work began at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research in Geneva (SNAP project), and now continues through the collaborative work of The Policy Lab and UNIDIR.
Best wishes,
Derek Miller
