Well, the subject says it all really. As part of an LMS re-procurement
exercise we are considering all options for support and whilst hosted
systems and software as a service options are increasingly common I am
wondering if any authority has gone further and has an arrangement
whereby the system supplier offers full support on the system such that
frontline staff and customers contact them directly for issues with the
system and there is no local intermediary?
