Colleagues
Still no news and on top of that also libel, unsolicited adverts for "digital derivatives" (exchange of favours they arranged with publishers) and slander apparently from people working at the BL in the previous three or four messages. This outrage is unacceptable.
Does anybody know if the British Library has been advised about damages they are causing denying researchers and practitioners access to the British Standards Online Database, being theirs the only LEGAL point of access to the database in the entire Greater London area?
Do they think new endeavours in information, data and records management (that is what I am scaffolding myself) but also in transports, industry, finance, STM and others sectors should be designed with the help of witches and wizards instead of project managers?
I would be grateful if they could be also reminded that either as a witch or as a copyright assurance manager I am always employable since my prolonged unpaid work they categorised as "engagement" in the interest of the community may end in huge request for compensation. No nibbles.
