THAT is the present-day America that concerns me. Two weeks ago I had a
young adult woman come to the door dressed like a neo-Nazi youth, who was
trying to get my fingerprints and signature on a binder she was holding.
Yesterday's interpretation/translation was colored by having received,
earlier in the day, an "X-marks-the-spot-for death" email referring to a
website that said, "kill me tomorrow." Apologies for getting the
he-be-geebies (is that an American term?), but the we-kill-for-Christ'ers
are on the move in American neighborhoods.
