I would think that as long as you have a reasonably robust Internet
filter in place then you are unlikely to face prosecution under the Act
even if it is eventually implemented.
Blocking P2P sites (and the type of Internet traffic used), warez sites,
sites accessed only by IP address, etc to both public access terminals
and WiFi points is reasonably straightforward and this severely limits
the ability the ability of customers to break copyright in the first
place.
Combine this with machines that are locked down so that customers cannot
install the software necessary to rip streaming audio/video rather than
just being able to listen to/watch it and the small minority of
customers who might be tempted to abuse your system in this way are much
more likely to go off and find an easier target.
