The new NICE guideline is not advocating the use of Ca 125 as a screening test - it specifies exactly in which clinical situations it should be used. So the LTOL entry does not need to be changed.

In the light of recent NICE guidance the entry on CA-125 which reads
As CA 125 can be high in many normal or benign<javascript:%20optionsdisplay('../../../glossary/benign.html')> conditions (for example, pregnancy<http://www.labtestsonline.org.uk/understanding/conditions/pregnancy.html>, menstruation, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease) it is not useful as a screening test for cancer.
will (against one's better judgement) need to be modified.
