Has anyone any experience of making a diagnosis of Hereditary Persistence of AFP?
We have a patient with a persistently slightly elevated AFP (16 - 20 KIU/L) who has been extensively investigated and no apparent cause found.
Can any lab offer genetic testing for HPAFP?
