There exist a book 'Design with a smile'. Maybe interesting?
Good luck!

Hi,
I am an student product design and
would like to write my bachelor thesis
on happiness and design.
When I studied Social Psychology it
didn't really work out form me. I wanted
to do something that would make me
happy, when I was going to have to do
it for the rest of my life. This is how I
ended up studying product design.
In my opinion making choices is very
much depends on what we think is the
outcome (and will this outcome make
us happy)
I am very interested in how this works
with the products we use every day,
how we (as product designers) can
use this to make better products. And
what (if there are any) the morel/ethical
implications are.
Thanks
Toon
