Since you ask about courses, our colleagues and friends Dave Slawson from Virginia and Allen Shaughnessy from Tufts coincidentally sent me this last week.
We're too poor in the UK public sector to go, but I highly recommend! Information, education, entertainment - all three in large quantities. Lord Reith, the most famous of the BBC's Director-General's would approve!
Best wishes

Subject: Evidence Based Medicine books
Hi everyone,
Can you recommend any good books on evidence-based medicine please? I have Guyatt's and Sackett's books. I have also read 'How To read a study' by BMJ.
And is there any course in USA that I can attend like what the Center for Evidence Based Medicine offers in UK? I haven't come across any so far.
