SIGN - Scottish Intercollegiate Guidlines Network : www.sign.ac.uk
(very good on Guideline making methodology)
NICE - http://www.nice.org.uk/Guidance/Topic
And of course the major societies -eg in Urology there are the EAU and
AUA guidelines
I know of at least one commercial initiative in this area.
Also - Embase has discipline based section headings (unlike Medline) and
this can be combined with the Emtree term 'practice guideline' and so
build up a
stock (although this needs some editing)
