Dear Marjorie,
I'm afraid I don't quite follow you. What is the confusion to which you refer? There's nothing in either Phyllis' post or in Terri's to suggest any confusion there between Aemiliana/Emiliana the putative saint of the former _titulus Aemilianae_ (30. June; not known as a saint prior to Baronio) and the Emiliana dealt with in the matter you cite from the (old) _Catholic Encyclopedia_ on an aunt of St. Gregory the Great (whose commemoration on 5. January is already attested in Hermann Greven's fifteenth-century additions to Usuard).
And how does "yes and no" answer the only question I had posed, namely "Can anyone say where [the Roman church that Phyllis and Terri said is dedicated to Emiliana can be found]?" That church can't be the _titulus Aemilianae_ as the latter 1) no longer exists and 2) doesn't seem to have been dedicated to a saint of this name (though from the late sixteenth century onward writers have supposed that it had been so dedicated).
Best again (but slightly puzzled),
John Dillon
