Dear terry,
yes, I can agree we over privilege creativity and we lust for intuition as if not knowing what we do is to be preferred to know how we do what we do.
I think there is useful research that can be undertaken in the area of sensibility. That is, how do creative people go about maintaining a system of sensory awareness or an imaginative economy over a life-time? We can de-train ourselves (un-couple a few carriages) and we can acquire thinking strategies that can unblock observations.
But, what do we do on Saturday morning when there is nothing to do?
cheers
keith

Hi Keith and all,
The situation is probably way better than we see at first glance - we
underestimate ourselves.
Doesn't take more than a little while messing about with stuff to set aside
long-developed thinking skills and get childish 'creativity' back.
It opens up the question as to whether we over-privilege 'creativity' 'n
intuition...
Cheers,
Terry
