Thank you for your reply and the detailed information.
1- D. check is applied based on calculated RCV, currently we were auditing our Delta checks as our daily TAT monitor showed an increased TAT and increased repeats.
2- We use Delta check to detect pre-analytcial errors (sample missmatches, drip arm etc), we check both previous and current samples
3- The current check rate is 7 % due to D. check alert
4-We did not calculate the PPV yet but I gues it will be low
