I don't know if you're aware but the Pathology Harmony RR for Digoxin has been extended since it was announced in the ACB news. See below.

Hi Sally,
I can confirm that there has been an amendment to the digoxin RR.
The digoxin reference interval generated a lot of discussion and brought forward many concerns. At the last Harmony Meeting held 10th May we reviewed the proposed RR, and decided that we should extend the proposed range to 0.5 - 2.0 ug/L. It was recommended that a mandatory comment such "Target range in heart failure 0.5 - 1.0 ug/L" is added to the report.
