The closest thing I can think of is the "Particular Bone Structures" plate at the end of Schmid's Atlas of Animal Bones. It has an immature cattle tibia, including unfused surfaces.

I thank Aharon Sasson for drawing my attention to Prummel's paper.
That's a wonderful resource, but foetal is too early for my needs.
By 'immature' I meant 'not yet adult'.
I have received no privately addressed replies suggesting a resource, so
my request remains open.
