I suppose if I wanted to try to wriggle partially out of my
error/oversight/haste, I could turn that statement around and say that the
unordered result {1.2.3.4.5.6} has exactly the same probability as any
other unordered result that does NOT include repetitions of any numbers!
In fact, returning the Robert's original comment/question, it seems that
the probability of getting unordered {1,2,3,4,5,6} with dice is not really
very low at all (and, no, having dug one hole and fallen into it this
morning, I'm not going to tell you folks what answer I get!!).
Kind Regards,
John
