Hi Everyone
I was wondering about the segmentation fault that causes fslview to crash when attempting to view registered images.
Here is an example from the log:
Commands launched by ApplyXFM
/export/apps/fsl/bin/flirt -in /home/scratch1/irezek/data/AD/phase2/controls/3T3524_Contaq_8_1++.feat/stats/zstat1.nii.gz -applyxfm -init /home/scratch1/irezek/data/AD/phase2/controls/3T3524_Contaq_8_1++.feat/reg/example_func2highres.mat -out /home/scratch1/irezek/data/AD/phase2/controls/3T3524_Contaq_8_1++.feat/highres_zstat1.nii.gz -paddingsize 0.0 -interp trilinear -datatype float -ref /home/scratch1/irezek/data/AD/phase2/controls/3T3524_Contaq_8_1++.feat/reg/highres.nii.gz
Done
[irezek@brodmann39 3T3524_Contaq_8_1++.feat]$ fslview highres_zstat1.nii.gz
/export/apps/fsl/bin/fslview: line 6: 19225 Segmentation fault ${FSLDIR}/bin/fslview_bin $@
If, however, all files reside in one directory, there will be no problem:
[3T3524_Contaq_8_1++.feat]$ mkdir tmp
[3T3524_Contaq_8_1++.feat]$ cd tmp
[tmp]$ cp ../stats/zstat1.nii.gz .
[tmp]$ cp ../reg/highres.nii.gz .
[tmp]$ cp ../reg/example_func2highres.mat .
[tmp]$ flirt -in zstat1.nii.gz -applyxfm -init example_func2highres.mat -out highres_zstat1 -ref highres.nii.gz
[tmp]$ fslview highres_zstat1.nii.gz
Am I doing something wrong, here?
Thanks for your help
