I wonder how many of these ratifications are more for the benefit of foreign policy and how the nation is seen abroad rather than real statements of intent or reflections of the way things happen in reality.
For Instance countries like Libya (if it is still there) and Venuzwela wishing to be seen by there great leaders as vanguards of the revolution (whatever that is)
How many Human rights declarations did Chowchescu (sp) sign?
Let's have a list of this 99 and see how many have impeccable human rights records?
