It's likely madness to reply to your own postings, but after asking the question above yesterday I today was tiptoeing through the tulips on the SCORE site and noticed a page on Tools at:
http://www8.open.ac.uk/score/tools
Not all the links are tools, as such, in the sense of something a user can use to mash up OER content, but there are enough to be worth looking at, I think.
