Subject: Centre procedures for malpractice
Dear all
I am currently reviewing all of the policies and procedures pertinent to
the Examinations role. There is one area where I believe there is a
potential gap.
In the case of student malpractice the board will apply sanctions of
varying degrees including withdrawal from a whole examination series for
a
student who is found to have cheated. I would be grateful if you would
share with me how your respective Colleges then deal with the student.
Does your College impose it's own disciplinary measures also against a
student guilty of malpractice? Are these on a sliding scale as the
awarding bodies use?
Regards
