Has anyone pulled together, or sourced, a costs summary for a records management service, ideally, with some sort of cost profile over a period of time? I am particularly interested in the costs involved with implementing and operating a formal retention schedule and the associated review and disposal / archiving process.
With the current financial climate and drive for efficiency savings, the question about about what is the regular disposal of records going to actually cost, regardless of the benefits which might offset it, has gained a greater focus.
Any information or suggestions on sourcing this information would be very helpful.
