Hi, Christian
I'm sorry, my question was slightly wrong.
To tell the processing of my work, I ran concat-ICA.
And I selected DMN component by visual inspection.
This DMN component carried out dual regression to find subject-specific maps.
After I estimated subject-specific DMN maps, we compared between groups using non-parametric permutation testing.
And I also performed correlation analysis between subject-specific DMN maps and clinical score.
That all, and I think this is common procedure.
The statistically significant results were insular area.
But, I think there is not previously reported DMN regions.
The group-ICA result didn't include Insular area and this area also have low values in subject-specific DMN maps.
Although, I selected DMN component by visual inspection, but the component is consistent with previous studies.
( PCC, IPL, MPFC, MTL, temporal cortex ... etc )
How do I interpret this regions ?
Have a nice day
