Ah, Dan tells me that in 2.1.5 the executable was called analysisgui.exe
and in 2.2 it will be called analysis.exe. But at least you found the
correct one.
The problem is a broken update, see:

I think under Windows there is no way to get updates outside of Analysis,
but Analysis is broken for you so that is called Catch-22. I'll send you
the patch in a separate email. (Anyone doing updates now should not have
this problem, it only existed for half a day a couple of days ago.)
