Sorry Richard, this message is a hoax, according to the Snopes website.
The text matches almost word for word that found on the Snopes website
as a hoax. Though the "Dave's brother" bit is a nice touch.
I would recommend always checking with one or other anti-virus
provider's websites before passing such messages on, they are almost
always hoaxes designed to confuse people and clutter up their inboxes.
