Well, I can tell you that we incorporated it into the HTAi Vortal on the HTAi website. I spoke to Andrew a couple years ago about partnering and he was not updating it any longer so we added his unique links to our existing Vortal content and made the whole thing searchable using a Google Custom Search Engine application.
http://www.htai.org/index.php?id=577 Check it out! It searches over 300 sites relevant to HTA and searches many of those sites cited or linked as well.
If your librarian/informationist is not a member of the Information Resources Interest Sub-Group. . get her/him to join, it's a great collaborative resource!
Enjoy!

Further to my previous reply, a Google on "netting the evidence"
led to the following:

on which it is stated:

New! Netting the Evidence
For several months we have been concerned about the increasing
challenge to keep up to date with resources in Evidence Based
Practice.
As a consequence our internationally renowned "Netting the
Evidence" resource is getting increasingly outdated.
We have now replaced our "Netting the Evidence" Resource List
with a "Netting the Evidence Google Search Engine". This searches
over one hundred web sites (107) associated with the METHODOLOGY
of evidence based practice. [Please note: the TRIP database is
the best source of actual evidence). This means that all links
will be periodically refreshed but you only retrieve material on
assessed EBP sites.
You can find the Search Engine at:
http://www.google.com/coop/cse?cx=004326897958477606950%3Adjcbsrxkatm
But the easiest route is at:

[end of quote[
So ScHARR have suppressed it ...
Ted.
