I have one comment and one unrelated question regarding CPI and RPI.
Comment: terminology seems to have changed and we now hear "the CPI for this
month is 3%" not "the CPI has increased by 3% this month over a year ago".
Question: it seems that CPI<RPI or has done for some time. But is there any
structural reason why this should be so? e.g. why should housing costs
always grow faster than other prices?
