Hi Lesley
I have worked with our learning disability team here in Lancashire and an organisation called ELSUN (East Lancashire Service User Network) to produce a video / DVD guide to libraries for people with learning disabilities.
There was not a script as I was interviewed by people with learning disabilities and then we also included some stills photographs taken in the library.
As soon as it is produced I can let you have a copy.
Best wishes
Janet

Subject: Libray guide
I am working in partnership with a group of people with learning difficulties to increase awareness of library services. We have carried out some mystery shopping and customer feedback and are beginning work on a guide to make using the library as straightforward as possible.
I’m very interested to find out if anyone else has done similar work or has produced guides or information.
Thanks in advance.
I’m happy to summarise for list,
Lesley Lewis
