don't know of any trials as such, but anecdotally and from personal experience, appears to be worth a therapeutic trial.

Compared to hydrophilic statins, lipophilic are said to be less risky for the development of statin myopathy.
My question concerns coenzyme Q 10 - is supplementation justified in statin myopathy ?

I've used pravastatin rather than rosuva in this situation with Ian's advice about discontinuation.
More problematic for me is deciding what to do when a secondary prevention patient has previously presented with unequivocal myopathy or rhabdo on a high dose of statin.
