We offer Firefox as well as IE. No problems, lots of positive comments. Plus some tricky flash related problems that don't play nicely in IE are usually ok in Firefox. So much so that if a customer is having a problem with accessing a site, a video etc etc the default is now "try it in Firefox." Which usually does the trick.
