Dear colleagues,
With pleasure we announce the occasional paper series of Wageningen
Disaster Studies. The first issue 'Human security and capacity in
fragile states' by Ian Christoplos and Dorothea Hilhorst is now
available online at
http://www.disasterstudies.wur.nl/UK/Publications/Paper+Series/ . It is
a scoping paper reviewing issues of socio-economic recovery in so-called
'fragile states' that concern humanitarians, development workers and
academics .
