To anyone's knowledge, has anyone written a book or at least an article
on phonetic change from Norse words to Norman place-names and personal
names. The Norman place-names (and personal names) could be from Britain
or Normandy.
I am finishing an article and do not wish to repeat what others have done
without citing them. I am focusing on the simplification of Norse consonant
clusters in medieval Norman place-names and personal names.

Hi Anthony -- there are lists in various sources of Anglo-Saxon names in
the Boulonnais. They include : Denise Poulet -- "Noms de Lieux du
Nord-Pas-de-Calais" Paris 1997 : Ernst Gamillscheg -- "Germanische
Siedlungen in Belgien und Nordfrankreich" Berlin 1938 ; Helmut Ehmer --
"Die Saechsischen Siedlungen auf dem Franzoesischen 'Litus Saxonicum' "
Halle 1937 and also in Jacques Mahieu-Bourgain -- "Noms de Lieux Picardes
du Boulonnais et de ses confines" Boulogne 2004. It's also worth Googling
the Cassini map of the Boulonnais and the Anglo-Saxon names jump out at
you.I'm aware of other bits and pieces if you want more -- regards --

Please what are the web addresses or other bibliographical information of
these articles?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reallexikon_der_germanischen_Altertumskunde
seems to say that this work is a big, and thus expensive, encyclopedia
printed on paper. It lists a web address
http://www.hoops.uni-goettingen.de/
but clicking it causes an error remark "403 Forbidden: You don't have
permission to access / on this server."
Please what is its biblographical information?
