You have built a useful and comprehensive list, but for me the most interesting part is your categorization of resources --- it bears little of no relation to Brian Haynes multiple-s hierarchy (1).
I would interpret your list as evidence that evidence resources are a bit more complicated than a neat hierarchy can describe.
