I set the kickstart config up to install a partition on 'sdz'
Once it failed, I switched virtual consoles and did an fdisk to see what labels it had given everything.
Somewhat confusingly, the sl5 kickstart gives the 24 drive array sda, whereas sl4 gave it sdc.
More confusingly, once sl5 is installed, the two mirrored system disks become sda and sdb, with the raid at sdc.
