Yes, Tim, I did watch the alleged game, my use of 'forward' was a touch
ironic, Rooney's possibly not recovered from the injury received courtesy of
Bayern Munuch. My other thought was that England were actually conducting a
'player's strike' (no irony or puns intended there) against Capello's
'system'.
