Dear Lena,
this is definitely an equid milk lower premolar - dP3 would be my guess. You can
find acceptable drawings of equid milk teeth in the veterinary textbook by
Robert Barone (in French). As far as species id is concerned I'll leave that to
the equid specialists, which is another way to say that I have no idea.
