Hi all,
We are looking at issues around our service image and staff identification and were wondering if other libraries had:
- specific clothing or a 'uniform' for front-line staff
- a dress code for all staff
- badges or other forms of portable identification
We'd be interested to hear about the perceived benefits and disadvantages of uniforms / identification and welcome any thoughts and ideas others have.
Please could you let me know by Wednesday 26 May as we have a v short deadline to do our initial investigation into this.
