It does, Doug.
As with anything, there are better and worse ways to read it; and it's
enjoyable to explore that. But there is an end to it; it is limited
Sometimes people dispute the veracity of the quotations; and all I can say
is that I tried my best to get it right, no matter how odd it may seem.
It's a good one between heavier (to remain undefined) pieces. I do not
feel I am selling out in any way by reading it, though I haven't actually
thought of it for some time now so, I am pleased, it's not a stock in
trade
I think it may have been part of the demolition of that relationship
though, at the time, it seemed only part of its exploration
Glad you enjoyed it. That's all I hoped for - oh, I was going to say that
I have subsequently fallen asleep with a recording machine running as part
of an exploration of language and sleep (gawd I'm writing grant proposals
- with a recording machine to see what happened) - and inadvertently
recorded my own snoring... I do not doubt my lover's anguish as a result;
no wonder she woke me up
cheers
