A public services organisation is looking to recruit two Information
Management Officers on a permanent basis. You will support the
Information Manager and Information Management (IM) team on many
information related initiatives. Your role will vary on a daily basis
from providing user support, constructing a file plan, investigating and
solving user issues, making policy suggestions, writing test scripts,
delivering a training course, administering the system. You will be a
natural networker, knowledge sharer and customer focused when
interacting with all levels of staff across the organisation. You will
have an Information Management related degree or demonstrable experience
working within an Information or Knowledge Management environment. You
will have chosen to pursue a career in IM with an understanding of IM
principles. It is highly desirable that you are able to demonstrate a
degree of technical ability. The successful candidate will pay close
attention to detail and will work alongside staff at all levels and
should demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and listening
skills.
