Your role will vary on a daily basis from providing user support, constructing a file plan, investigating and solving user issues, making policy suggestions, writing test scripts, delivering a training course, administering the system. You will be a natural networker, knowledge sharer and customer focused when interacting with all levels of staff across the organisation. You will have an Information Management related degree or demonstrable experience working within an Information or Knowledge Management environment.
