Gilbert Welch and Lisa Schwartz as well as David Bowie ;-) I
particularly liked the paragrath that said:

correctly states the truth, it will be universally recognized. "
EBM does suffer from the "truth wins" model, with the hope that we can
train folk to recognise and use it. I think there have been shifts, but
I suspect we need to do a lot more to vaccinated the caring professions
and the public against poor evidence,
