Is there a similar meeting anywhere for people who teach statistics to other health care students?

Subject: Burwalls reminder
Dear Allstat,
The next annual conference for the Teachers of Medical Statistics
("Burwalls")
will be held at the Keele Management Centre, Keele University from Wed 30th
June to 2nd July 2010. This provides en suite accommodation and nearby
amenities
(good pubs).
The aim of the meeting is to encourage and equip those responsible for
teaching
statistics to medics. The meeting is also an opportunity to chat with
others working
in the same area, find out what other medical schools are doing and pick
up a few tips.
Please email me if there is anything you would like to contribute.
Costs are similar to last year: £165 for non-residential delegates
(includes all meals)
and £240 for residential delegates (includes all meals and en suite
accommodation
immediately adjacent to the meeting venue). Registration forms are
available from me
and must be returned by the 26 march 2010.
Glasgow have offered to host the event in 2011.
regards john
