It depends what you're using the tags for!
I'd go for made, discovered, designed or used rather than where it is
now because I'm interested in learning more about a particular location
through the objects associated with it rather than collections
management. As the list of options suggests, you'd probably want a way
to differentiate the type of location or association with that location.
