Hi,
Please can you assist a novice group of undergraduates in their
understanding of how to correctly use the 'levels of evidence' tool.
We are trying to decide whether to use the diagnosis or differential
diagnosis column on the table. We are examining physical tests
that physiotherapists use to diagnose shoulder impingment however there is a
range of pathologies that cause impingement so its not as simple as it first
appears.
Any advice or pointers on how to correctly use the tool would be greatly
appreciated.
Many Thanks
Jill Ward
