ECHOMOP isn't used in ORAC-DR, so it was never converted to 64-bit. The
fact that it seems to work under 64-bit Linux has kept this fact under
the radar.

availability of %LOC or LOC.
So is it a question of sticking in the many CNF_PVALs (and CNF_PARs)?
