Here at Huddersfield most of the Academic Skills Tutors use del.icio.us. The students can access the links via the Academic Skills Tutor contact page: http://www2.hud.ac.uk/academic_skills/tutors.php
Also, three of my colleagues presented last year at the ALDinHE Symposium in Bournemouth and some of the presentation was about using del.icio.us http://www.aldinhe.ac.uk/bmth09/papers/Tinker_Byrne_Cattermole_paper.pdf
Hope this helps.

Subject: Doing anything with social bookmarking?
Hello
I am about to start my first use of social bookmarking to help students with their literature skills. Does anyone do anything in this field already? I've found a couple of refs on this but there isn't much around (but if you know about it, let me know!).
Thanks in advance
Florence
